There is research to suggest that the cannabinoids in cannabis (like CBD and THC) work better together than in isolation. There doesn't have to be a lot of THC in the product for the entourage effect to be present so if you're not sure about consuming THC you can choose products that have a CBD:THC ratio of, for example 20:1.
