Zonegran and Vimpat are both anti-Seizure medications and for these class of meds,  dizziness /sleepiness/  & or loss of balance can be issues for some patients.  From a safety standpoint I would probably take med cann (regardless of cannabinoid profile) at a different time than these two medications to decrease risk of fall and accident.  As for the chemo-therapy agent Lomustine, I would probably make sure with your oncologist  that cannabis isn't effecting liver enzymes  that effect lomustine's  overall metabolism.  If you are fighting cancer, I would say avoid smoking/ combustion of cannabis as potentially carcinogenic compounds are formed. However, there are a fair amount of sources that state amygdalin (often used as an alternative to chemotherapy) converts into cyanide and is toxic.  The FDA has a current charges/ convictions against a laetrile distributor in the US  After reviewing the information available, I wouldn't recommend ingesting/ consuming apricot kernels. Use it sublingual twice daily every day for Parkinsons or chronic inflammation/cancer and every 6 hours as needed on top of that for muscle spasms/tremor/anxiety/depression. There is a study where patients acknowledged continued benefits of their Parkinson symptoms even after 14 weeks of use.  This works well, because any ratio of CBD:THC >10:1 will not make you \"high.\" It will take about 2-3 weeks for full efficacy, and you must titrate your dose up as you see fit as you will build tolerance about every 2-3 weeks.
