The best way to taper off Tramadol is to start by asking the provider who prescribes it to you to give you their advice about how to safely come off of the medication. That person knows your medical history and the specifics of your medication schedule and can give you the best advice. You can start CBD while tapering off Tramadol. Start with a low dose and increase slowly over time if necessary. However, if you notice any negative side effects, it may be best to wait until you are completely off Tramadol to start the CBD. The reaction you describe is one of several that can occur when mixing opiates with cannabis. For patient safety, I usually tell patients to avoid taking these medications together or other medications combined with cannabis like Lyrica, gabapentin as these can result in the symptoms you've shown here and/or unsteadiness of gait and an increase in falls and accident risk. Usually, I advise patients to have specific days where they are using opiates for pain management (if they are prescribed) and other days that are cannabis only for pain (without using opiates on these days). \n\ndrpark\n_____________________\nBUY CANNABIS We have top quality medical cannabis buds, oil extract, wax, hash and edibles available at affordable prices. She is very calm now with around 180-200 mg of CBD daily divided in smaller doses. i also give her medical cannabis CBD: THC 1:1 in small doses, because THC makes her agitated and combative. I don't know the dose because I have made cannabutter my self so I go by feeling. She is never stoned but very calm. I hope I helped you in some way, if you have any more questions i will be glad to help :)\n\nkanica","image":null}},{"node":{"id":"Question_9164-markdown","title":"Looking for a CBD for severe migraines?","slug":"looking-for-a-cbd-for-severe-migraines","content":"\n_____________________\nHi there! This is a tough one. There's not one answer/solution/combination of products that works for every one. Lots of people I know, and work with have found great relief using cannabis for their migraines, but unfortunately for myself, I have yet to find the right combination of products to treat my migraines.\n\nWe posted this article last week: https://www.hellomd.com/health-wellness/5a70fd43f24d1300077ccb24/how-to-ease-migraine-pain-with-cannabis\n\nIn addition, I'd encourage you to check out this page: https://www.hellomd.com/search?term=migraine\n\nWe have a lot of content on our website re: migraines. You should look through it, read what others have tried, and hopefully you'll be able to find the right combination of products for yourself. If you do, please share with every one! I personally like checking out what every one else has tried for migraine relief.\n\nI hope that helps, and good luck!\n\nmelissa\n_____________________\nHello! I think Melissa did a great job introducing the link to treating migraines with medical cannabis. I might offer a couple extra observations/ideas. With migraines as with all headache subtypes, I encourage the use of a vape pen but discourage smoking plant material directly (i.e. pipe, water pipe, etc.) Combustion of the plant material produces acrid products such as carbon monoxide which is a known headache inducer. Another method of cannabis delivery is cannabis tincture (onset of action is slower than the vape pen but still fairly rapid , 5-15 minutes on average). With all migraine headache sufferers, I also remind patients to have a mild exercise regimen (even on days with headache). Patients are also advised to work on mindfulness to better help the brain manage headaches (Mindful.org will be useful for this). I hope all these tips prove useful!\n\ndrpark","image":null}},{"node":{"id":"Question_9161-markdown","title":"Can CBD oil help essential tremors? I’m looking at starting her on Cannabis Oil ASAP. From what I’ve read CBD and THC work best together so I want to start her on 100mg CBD & 50mg THC in the day and 50mg CBD & 100mg THC at night (the night dose as a suppository). Over the month working up to 400mg CBD & 200mg THC in the day (perhaps in 2 doses) and at night 250mg CBD & 500mg THC, continuing that dose for the next few months. Obviously dependent on how she tolerates it. Does that sound about right? These doses are pure, So for example if the oil is 35% CBD, I’ll give her 100mls for a 350mg dose. \"\n_____________________\nI am very sorry to hear about your mother and I admire your efforts and support. I highly recommend working with a dispensary pharmacist for the best product, dosage, and administration recommendations to maximize your mother's treatment goals. HelloMD will gladly assist by first consulting with your mother for a medical cannabis card which can occur relatively quickly. Once the card is issued, your mother can register with the state and list you as a caregiver so that you both can work with the pharmacist moving forward. I hope you find this information helpful and best of luck. \n\njennifernp","image":null}},{"node":{"id":"Question_9150-markdown","title":"Since some CBD oils have an unpleasant taste, how can the flavor be masked without diluting the strength?","slug":"since-some-cbd-oils-have-an-unpleasant-taste-how-can-the-flavor-be-masked-without-diluting-the-strength","content":"\n_____________________\nSome people use empty veg/gel capsules from the health food store and put the dose in the capsule to take orally.
