I am looking for no THC. Any ideas where I can find this? I do not want the sublingual drops.\"\n_____________________\nIf you are looking to vaporize using a vape pen then I would recommend purchasing the cartridges. The cartridges are produced so that the viscosity of the oil makes it easy to vaporize. If you would like to vaporize CBD oil without changing the viscosity then I would suggest using a CBD concentrate and a \"Dab Rig/Nail\". You can find a good selection of CBD cartridges here for your vape pen: https://www.cbd.org/products/cbd-cannabis-vape\n\nBartSmart\n_____________________\nYou Can use CBD Oil and CBD Terpenes for vaping!\n\nHere I'm suggesting you CBD oil & Terpenes both. \n\nBecause CBD Oil (https://www.greenroadsworld.com/collections/cbd-cannabis-oils) is the general liquid form of CBD !\n\nAnd CBD Terpenes (https://www.greenroadsworld.com/collections/cbd-terps) is flavored burn!\n\nsebastianwross","image":null}},{"node":{"id":"Question_8700-markdown","title":"CBD or THC?","slug":"cbd-or-thc","content":"\"Hello, I have been using cannabis for chronic pain for some time as a result of encephalitis (LYME). My daily symptoms include (neuropathic) headaches, sleep disturbances, neurocognitive disorders, psychological problems, and more. Cannabis with (higher) THC helps me like no other medicine in the world. However, cannabis acts only for few hours then all symptoms come back. On the Internet, I read that the main difference between THC and CBD is that THC substitutes a function of natural \"receptors\" (works only symptomatically), but CBD restores their function (works currativelly). Unfortunatelly a dose of CBD does not give me any relief. My question is: is it please possible that my symptoms might gradually disappear with long-term therapy only on CBD or do I have to keep combine with THC to feel the effect?\"\n_____________________\nWell, as far as I've experience the CBD product, it gave me really good relief from my symptoms.\nI would like to say that if you want relief permenantly, you should wait and watch. CBD may give you temperory effect on your symptoms, but it will surely cure your diesease.\nTalking about THC, I really suggest you not to take the CBD product which include THC. Because THC simply makes you high and is illigel as well.\nYou can take any CBD product which contains less than 0.3% THC.\n\nI suggest you to take Green Roads World's CBD Oil (https://www.greenroadsworld.com/collections/cbd-cannabis-oils) for that.\n\nsebastianwross\n_____________________\nUnfortunately there is no 1 size fits all with cannabis and no 'silver bullet'. Most often symptom relief for any medical condition comes by slowly figuring out what combination of products, cannibinoids and possible ratios work for you. Many people believe that CBD is more effective when used in combination with THC and all the other cannbinoids-CBN, CBG, THCA and so on. This is called the entourage effect. THC can be very minimal and not cause a psychoactive high, especially when in combination with CBD.\n\nIn my experience talking with people, LYME is most often 'cured' by something other than cannabis-alternative treatments, etc. People I have spoken with indicate that cannabis is best for symptom relief for the inflammation, insomnia and pain associated. I am not a doctor but I would caution you if anyone says cannabis is a cure for your medical condition. I like to say it is a tool for potential health and wellness when used appropriately. \n\npamelahadfield","image":null}},{"node":{"id":"Question_8684-markdown","title":"Recommendation fro cbd & thc dosesge","slug":"recommendation-fro-cbd-and-thc-dosesge","content":"","image":null}},{"node":{"id":"Question_8676-markdown","title":"How much CBD in mg per day is one suppose to take to maintain a healthy lifestyle over the age of 40?","slug":"how-much-cbd-in-mg-per-day-is-one-suppose-to-take-to-maintain-a-healthy-lifestyle-over-the-age-of-40","content":"\n_____________________\nDating back to the mid 1970's research studies conducted on humans have administered anywhere from 5mg/kg a day to 200mg/kg a day of CBD. Studies demonstrated that sedative effects were observed in healthy volunteers with high CBD dose of 600 mg daily. The effect of CBD is be biphasic, where low doses ( ex/ 15 mg daily) of the cannabinoid appears to have alerting properties instead. There is no scientific data supporting dosage quantities as a daily supplement for CBD however, I would recommend to start by taking 2-15 mg a day. \n\ntatiananp\n_____________________\nI am frequently asked \"how much CBD should I take?\" The answer is that there is no medical literature on which to base a response. Reports of CBD being beneficial in certain conditions have included some information regarding the dosage used, but no evidence is yet available of the kind that supports a particular dose for particular conditions in the way pharmaceutical dosages are determined. We do know that CBD is remarkably non-toxic, and essentially no reports of poisoning from taking too much CBD have appeared in the medical literature either. This makes it very much in the realm of folk medicine to consider using CBD the way one uses supplements \"to maintain a healthy lifestyle.\" While I don't expect that to cause harm, I can't base any recommendation one way or another on clinical science.\n\ndrelkind","image":null}},{"node":{"id":"Question_8674-markdown","title":"What is the best CBD oil contain with THC to use for back spasms","slug":"what-is-the-best-cbd-oil-contain-with-thc-to-use-for-back-spasms","content":"","image":null}},{"node":{"id":"Question_8660-markdown","title":"Would CBD be a good option for nausea and to help with appetite?","slug":"would-cbd-be-a-good-option-for-nausea-and-to-help-with-appetite","content":"\"Any Doctor's advise would be greatly appreciated, Thank you. \"\n_____________________\nHello, and thank you for the great question. There is some preliminary research which suggests CBD as a potential anti-emetic and appetite stimulating solution. However, in my experience, THC provides, by far, more relief than does CBD.\n\nFor both appetite stimulation, and especially nausea, I recommend a VAPORIZER pen and/or a \"standard\" vaporizer for the actual marijuana plant. He is an anesthesiologist by training. I will let him know about it. Good luck with your surgery.\n\nmark\n_____________________\nThis is one of the notices I send patients: \nIf you ever do end up with surgery you must discontinue your CBD's and your vitamin D3 approximately 48 hours before surgery. Both CBD and vitamin D thin the blood so typically surgeons would like to have you off anything that thins your blood for 48 hours before surgery. You may start in both medications again after surgery, typically when you're released from the hospital.\n\ndrolson\n_____________________\nThere should be no issue with you taking CBD the day before surgery, unless you are on blood thinners. CBD could perhaps prolong your bleeding time. As an anti-inflammatory it may even help with your wound healing. Depending on the time of your surgery, I would make sure that if you are taking a capsule that you observe the intructions by whoever calls you from the hospital regarding what time to stop eating and drinking fluids. You should not take the CBD after that time either. For post operative pain you might want to consider using a 1:1 CBD:THC ratio tincture instead of an opioid, if one is prescribed by your surgeon. I would also let them know that you are taking it as well. \n\nPerry Solomon, MD","image":null}},{"node":{"id":"Question_8651-markdown","title":"Would CBD be a good choice for fibromyalgia?","slug":"would-cbd-be-a-good-choice-for-fibromyalgia","content":"\"Any advice from a Doctor would be greatly appreciated. \"\n_____________________\nFor pain and mood symptoms due to fibromyalgia, most patients benefit from THC AND CBD. CBD on its' own, for most fibromyalgia patients, does not provide adequate relief. THC is also a vital component when treating the mood symptoms related to fibromyalgia. \n\nAccordingly, I recommend neither pure CBD, nor even lowTHC containing products. Microdosing a low dose of sativa would be an effective dosing protocol for most. Naturally, please trial in a safe environment and avoid operating heavy machinery such as an automobile. Please consult a qualified cannabis physician before starting any cannabis protocol. \n\ndrkim\n_____________________\nI agree with Dr. Kim that CBD + THC is likely to be more helpful than CBD alone. Many patients do some cautious experimenting with different CBD:THC ratios, easily available in vape pens, until they find what works best for them. Cannabis has powerful anti-inflammatory, pain relieving properties that work well on musculoskeletal pain. It is best to get a topical that contains both THC and CBD as they both enhance each other’s effects. Furthermore, with topical cannabinoids, you will receive localized pain relief without feeling “high” since these products do not go directly into the bloodstream (excluding transdermal patches which can go into the bloodstream).
