Every fibromyalgia pt is different.  In my experience,  I usually recommend pt's try products that have both CBD & THC (especially if pt's have sleep issues as well).  Mr. Savelli also mentioned omega-3's in hemp seed as well which is also a good suggestion;  omega-3's from fish oil, hemp, or even flaxseed are all good choices.  I would add that fibro treatment is tricky and needs to be multidisciplinary.  I've had the best success when also including for the pt:  1) a daily mild exercse & stretch regimen  &  2) cognitive behavioural psychotherapy (to retrain your brain to handle pain).
