If at any point your body freaks out missing the SSRI, you may take one or two extra pills but then continue with the dose reduction schedule. \n\nThe body likes SSRIs but there is no need to take them past six months. Ultimately, You may want to have your genetic chart done to see if you have a neurotransmitter instability and that is the matter of plugging in the right nutrients to make your genetic chart work right and CBD does help your genetic chart.
