I found a lot of success with most dual coil globe atomizer type setups. A lot of head shops will sell them for $30-$50 or you can find them online. Single coils just don't do it for the heavier oils. I would also recommend checking out this list as well: http://hightimes.com/culture/high-times-2015-vape-pen-buyers-guide/\n\nryan\n_____________________\nIs there an exact strain you are looking for? At W Vapes, we only produce strain specific cartridges and pens. The firefly device is great for flower. You can really be as exact as you like with a dry flower vaporizer, mixing strains to your liking. If you're looking for an oil cartridge for a specific strain, we are always trying to develop more and more strain choices to satisfy patient needs. In the past, we've made cartridges using Harlequin and HarleTsu and currently have Cannatonic cartridges in stock. \n\nFeel free to check out our offered strains or contact us with feedback on strains at our website: wvapes.com\n\nkenwvapes\n_____________________\nBloom Farms has a CBD special reserve that is really good and it comes in a pre filled cartridge. I am now thinking of trying a strain high in CBD. Is this a good strain for me?\"\n_____________________\nStrains with a high percentage of CBD often work well for migraines, pain relief, and anxiety. \n\nHarlequin may be one of the best strains available for migraine treatment. It typically has a CBD/THC ratio of 5/2. The CBD should enhance the pain-killing effects of THC while preventing its intoxicating effects. Furthermore, harlequin is a sativa dominant (75/25) strain, which should allow you to have an alert, clear head while managing your headaches during the day.\n\ndredmunds\n_____________________\nHarlequin is a great start in your experiments with CBD. It is a high-CBD strain - almost 2:1 ratio of CBD to THC - and it is readily available. CBD is often prescribed for headache, migraine, and chronic pain, so trying some higher CBD flower or other products is likely a worthwhile experiment. Additional options may be to try an even higher CBD strain, such as Charlotte's Web. You may also want to try other cannabis products with even higher CBD ratios. There are many tinctures and edibles that start around 4:1 and go up to 20:1 CBD to THC. Throughout the whole process, it may be a good idea to keep a written log of the strain and ratio you try, the dose, and how it affected your migraines.\n\namanda","image":null}},{"node":{"id":"Question_11122-markdown","title":"Daytime and nighttime strain suggestions for multiple symptoms?","slug":"daytime-and-nighttime-strain-suggestions-for-multiple-symptoms","content":"\"I'm looking for good strains for vaping. I have back pain, arthritis, headaches, copd and insomnia. What are some good strains for these - both daytime and nighttime?\"\n_____________________\nTo avoid psychoactivity and mental fog, use high CBD strains like ACDC or CBD:THC ratios of 1:1 or 2:1(Harlequin, Cannatonic, Medi-Haze). Topical cannabis salve is effective in relieving pain, inflammation, and spasm when massaged into the affected area - great for day or night. Small amounts of strains like Blue Dream are good for daytime pain and inflammation but have some psychoactivity that usually dissipates after an hour or so if you don't use too much. But for a full entourage effect, try to use a strain that has at least some CBD. CBD and THC act better together than either one does by itself. Acetaminophen potentiates the pain relieving effects of THC. NSAIDs diminish THC's pain relief. Indicas like Granddaddy Purple, Purple Haze, Purple Urkle, Critical Kush, Master Kush are excellent strains for nighttime. Not only do they relieve pain, muscle spasm, and inflammation but they facilitate falling and staying asleep.\n\ndrfrye\n_____________________\nWell, for the day time you are going to want something that can give you the effects, but not something that puts you down energy wise. That's great at night, but what about if you have things to do? Sativas, they give you that creative boost as well as making life more bright and cheery. (Green crack is a great daytime medicine. It helps with lack of appetite in my case. ) Indica is your night dosage. Helps you sleep kills pain for a relaxing finish to you day. Spent time with your family or play some video games. (Try chocolate chunk, northern lights, or some purple durkle.)\n\nlai","image":null}},{"node":{"id":"Question_11118-markdown","title":"Is there a strain that just makes you feel happy and eases racing thoughts?","slug":"is-there-a-strain-that-just-makes-you-feel-happy-and-eases-racing-thoughts","content":"\n_____________________\nI love this question. This is incredibly subjective in terms of of how and why someone answers this question. The problem is, everyone will answer based on their experience and unfortunately everyone's experience with marijuana is incredibly different! For me, most cannabis increases racing thoughts and the reality is most cannabis strains today are 20% to 95% THC in content, and that is A LOT!!!!! If you mark this to where THC content was in the 60's which was at about 6%-10% in a joint, that is a marked difference. My reason for pointing that out is that THC content can increase 'racing thoughts'. So, my subjective opinion is to try a high CBD strain like Harley-Tsu or Canna-Tsu which is high CBD but has some THC and see how you feel. Personally, I love those strains! I am able to focus but feel a slight euphoric effect, very subtle but noticeable difference. Hope this helps!\n\npamelahadfield\n_____________________\nLove Pamela's answer. In my experience it's best to choose strains that are focused on getting you out of your head and more embodied. We love cannatonic and other similar strains that offer a balanced ratio of CBD to THC (1:1 or 2:1 are great), or a heavier indica like Archive OG or any of the purples like Lavender Kush. We have all of these available as biodynamically or organically sun grown so they're full spectrum and clean - an important detail I can't stress enough.\n\nherbabuena","image":null}},{"node":{"id":"Question_11110-markdown","title":"What would be a good strain for insomnia?","slug":"what-would-be-a-good-strain-for-insomnia","content":"\"I have heard indicas are better for nighttime smoking, what would be a good strain?\"\n_____________________\nI discourage smoking, because when you burn weed, you are making carbon monoxide, tar, and carcinogens. If you use a lighter, you are inhaling butane. All of these chemicals are toxic and may be harmful. \n\nSo, if you want a fast-acting medication, I suggest vaporizing. Keep in mind that the sedative effects of vaporized cannabis will only last for an hour or two. If you find that you are waking up in the middle of the night with difficulty staying asleep, I would recommend an edible formulation, which will last up to 6-8 hours and hopefully allow a full night's sleep. \n\nIndica strains are, in general, much more relaxing and sleep-inducing than sativa strains. There are many. Some suggestions include \"purple,\" \"OG,\" and \"kush\" strains. How old is your son? Has he been using high dose THC? Whether THC causes psychosis remains controversial. CBD is more likely safer than THC in this situation but the medicine, like Cannatonic, AC/DC, or other cannabis that is approximately 30 to 1, CBD to THC ratio are likely to be the best varieties for most people wanting an antipsychotic treatment but at night a larger dose of CBD may be indicated or a 1:1 THC:CBD tincture may be very effective for sleep. There is no reason to smoke or vape CBD since it does not get a person high and it works well by MCT tincture.\n\ndrolson","image":null}},{"node":{"id":"Question_11007-markdown","title":"Is Durban Poison strain related to the other African favorite - Malawi Gold?","slug":"is-durban-poison-strain-related-to-the-other-african-favorite-malawi-gold","content":"\n_____________________\nDurban Poison and Malawi Gold are both pure African sativa landrace strains with uplifting energizing effects, and both are considered very high quality.
