We have an article on Crohn's disease & colitis (linked below), which includes a few cannabis strains such as Sour Grape & Cherry Pie that appear to help with symptoms. The research in the article also talks about inhaled methods being helpful in improving quality of life. We've got a couple of answers that you may want to review: \nhttps://www.hellomd.com/answers/57334af044ac70000c00000d/i-like-to-know-what-other-products-you-suggest-for-crohns-and-if-cannabis-suppositories-are-a-good-option & \nhttps://www.hellomd.com/answers/59bebe77d65bbf3256f3f74f/i-want-to-get-the-medical-benefits-of-cannabis-for-crohns-without-the-high-what-should-i-be-taking. They cover options such as rectal suppositories and tinctures to help relieve symptoms of Crohn's & ulcerative colitis. You may also want to look into transdermal patches, which deliver cannabis directly into your blood stream & can offer a steady, constant flow of cannabis for up to 8 hours. I hope this helps!\n\nlyp\n_____________________\nHello! I have UC and manage it with a holistic lifestyle. (For example, a strain-specific product may say \"Blue Dream\" on it, indicating that it is only made with Blue Dream flowers). Be sure to read the product labels thoroughly, however, if you do not see any strains listed, please do not hesitate to discuss the contents with your local pharmacist. I could get drunk off of maybe two beers, high off of one good hit. I have been taking indicas up until 6 months ago when suddenly I started getting incredible anxiety and sleeplessness. Adding to this was a large increase in heat in my body...like hot flashes. \n\nI am a 27 yo F. Now if I take even the slightest amount of weed (have tried different strains) this happens. I can't figure out why this is happening. I hate the idea that I might never be able to smoke again.\n\nDoes this have to do with hormones? Seratonin? It can't be possible to \"green out\" with such small amounts of marijuana...right?\"\n_____________________\nHello there! I'm so sorry that you are having these reactions. However we might be able to do some deductive work to try to figure things out. The more I think about your case, I wonder if cannabis is even the issue. Hormonal swings in estrogen/ progesterone might cause some of the symptoms you describe. Have you spoken to your ob-gyn or regular MD about these issues? Is there any change in diet, stress levels at work, etc? If you think cannabis may be the cause, I might try taking a break for a short time (perhaps a week or so) and see if there is any change in your symptoms. Or another option is to try cannabis but to deliver it in a much lower concentration to your system; you can try diluting cannabis tincture in tea, coffee, juice, or soup and see if this helps. Let us know if any of these ideas lead to any useful findings & best of luck!\n\ndrpark\n_____________________\nBUY CANNABIS \nWe have top quality medical cannabis buds, oil extract, wax, hash and edibles available at affordable prices. If 20:1 works well for you, I would say continue. If you notice any signs of physiologic tolerance (i.e. higher doses needed to achieve same therapeutic response), try altering the CBD/THC ratio slightly and see what this does. I generally tell patients to avoid smoking when dealing with all headache types because of carbon monoxide production (a known HA inducer). Don't forget regular exercise, adequate hydration, and sleep. Sour Diesel and Trainwreak are a couple other strains that may work well. I would recommend using edibles that can be absorbed into the body quickly such as mints or gummy bears as oppose to brownies for example. \n\nI would also refrain from smoking cannabis as it may limit your respiratory function. Vaporizing would be a better alternative than smoking. \n\nHere is a link for Stokes mints that come in Sativa, Hybrid, and Indica varieties: http://getstokes.com/our-products-new/\n \nAlso, after workingout, I would recommend vaporizing a CBD strain to help with muscle recovery such as AC/DC. \n\nHope this helps\n\n\nBartSmart","image":null}},{"node":{"id":"Question_9020-markdown","title":"Any specific strains for replacement of 10mg Adderall IR (dosage twice a day)?
