While I'm not able to make specific product recommendations, I can recommend that an olive oil based tincture made primarily with THC could help you. THC is psychoactive can be further divided into either indica or sativa. Indica has the tendency to make you drowsy, whereas sativa can give you more energy. Depending on the time of day, you might chose one or the other. I'd recommend to start with a low dose (a couple drops) 15 minutes before meals or as needed for nausea. The dose can be increased to find the therapeutic range for you. Alternatively, you might try taking ginger or using Sea Bands for acupressure. Please see your primary care doctor to get to the root cause of the problem if it persists! I hope this helps some. Usually when it is a tincture and it says 20:1, usually the dosage is a larger dose than just a couple drops so please look on your bottle, maybe you're supposed to be taking a teaspoon, I don't know what your bottle says. Most tinctures also encourage you to increase your dosage every 2 to 3 days until you obtain the desired effect. You could try a lower dose of CBD with a higher ratio of THC if you feel that's what you need, your gut instinct could be correct.\nPlease, search and review the article 'CBD 101' on our website and you may also want to review 'Cannabis 101' to learn more about your medicine.\n\ndrolson","image":null}},{"node":{"id":"Question_10219-markdown","title":"Should I take CBD daily to manage anxiety or just when I feel it is getting worse?","slug":"should-i-take-cbd-daily-to-manage-anxiety-or-just-when-i-feel-it-is-getting-worse","content":"\"I have anxiety issues. I  also have other tinctures in various ratios of CBD to THC and they don't bother my throat so it may be the acid.  how can I mellow out the CBDA & THCA and change it to CBD & THC?\"\n_____________________\nGreat question!\nThe way most people decarboxylate, or going from the acidic form to the active form, is to apply heat. This can be achieved very simply by cooking your tincture on a low to medium heat for at least fifteen minutes but no more than forty-five minutes on a stovetop or in a slow cooker. You can also leave the tinctures exposed to open air and this will allow a slow oxidation process to begin. This will take a considerable amount more time but less risk of losing any cannabinoids from cooking them off.\nIt is also good to be aware that some companies use ethanol as an extraction ingredient and this can cause burning in the mouth and esophagus due to high alcohol percentages.\nI hope this helps!\n\naaronseda","image":null}}]}},"pageContext":{"limit":12,"skip":72,"numPages":16,"currentPage":7,"id":5843,"name":"Tincture","slug":"tincture","country":"US"}},"staticQueryHashes":["3949754563","4179947113","4202924991"]}
