I support what Jaene has said. I have not used Xternal's Mud specifically for acne, but I currently use it when my TMJ acts up. It is the only topical that i have tried for TMJ that does not actually give me acne on my face, so I would take this as a positive sign. Definitely helps with the jaw inflammation and I believe my skin feels healthier for it.
