All 19 patients experienced clinically significant symptom relief from  obsessive-compulsive behaviors, anxiety, irritability and rage, as well as up to a 60% reduction in tic severity.\n<a href=\"https://neuro.psychiatryonline.org/doi/10.1176/appi.neuropsych.16110310\">https://neuro.psychiatryonline.org/doi/10.1176/appi.neuropsych.16110310</a>\nAlso, in a 2016 single case report, the test subject received 10.8mg of THC and 10mg of CBD twice per day in a 1:1 oro-mucosal spray (Sativex).  (start no higher than 2.5mg of THC)\n\"He completed the Yale Global Tic Severity Scale as a subjective  measure, and was videoed at each stage. The videos were objectively rated by two assessors, blind to the stage of treatment, using the  Original Rush Videotape Rating Scale.
