In a 2011 study, researchers administered either a placebo or CBD to patients with a significant public-speaking phobia.\nPretreatment with CBD significantly reduced anxiety, cognitive  impairment and discomfort in their speech performance. Public speaking phobia and sexual performance anxiety are both forms of performance anxiety, so CBD might help some in that regard. However, I wouldn't expect much improvement.
