It causes changes in the blood vessel walls, like thickening, weakening, narrowing or scarring. CBD is an excellent anti-inflammatory  due primarily to its effects on adenosine receptors and cytochrome P-450 and 2C enzymes. CBD has been shown to modulate both acute and chronic inflammatory issues.  I recommend 10mg CBD Daily titrating up in mgs until optimal relief is achieved.
