Yes, if you have a valid ID and you are in the state of CA you may use HelloMD for your consultation. November 8 has nothing to do with whether you need a medical card, for now. Prop 64 is voting on whether you vote 'YES' to legalize marijuana for recreational use. This will take anywhere frpom 12-24 months to take effect if it passes. Even then having a medical card will allow you to have tax savings on your medicine.

Please note that delivery services will be more likely to accept an out of state ID.
