If not, is CBD legal in NY without a MM card and will it help these conditions?\"</p>\n<hr>\n<p>Hi there! </p>\n<p>Below is a list of the eligible conditions for the state of New York: </p>\n<p>Cancer\nHIV/AIDS\nAmyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)\nParkinson's disease\nMultiple Sclerosis\nEpilepsy\nInflammatory Bowel Disease (IBS)\nNeuropathies\nHuntington's Disease\nPost Traumatic Stress Disorder\nDamage to the nervous tissue of the spinal cord with objective neurological indication or intractable spasticity </p>\n<p>If you are interested in obtaining CBD products, they are available in New York without obtaining a medical marijuana certificate. However, please note CBD products currently legal under Federal law are made from hemp, the non-psychoactive derivitive of cannabis. </p>\n<p>Please check out this article below that goes into more details about the differences between CBD Oil and Hemp Oil.
