I don't work at Green Cuisine but I can recommend some products that i like to use. I am particularly fond of the Sweet ReLeaf topical as it is creamy and does not smell like cannabis. I also like Xternal cream which is widely available. I wrote this article on topicals awhile back which you may find helpful:

As for a tincture there are a lot of tinctures on the market today. I really enjoy and often use the 4:1 Moxie Meds tincture. I now they make a 1:1. The person who created this company is a former CBD expert for Harborside, the most well known dispensary here in CA.
