We are concerned about any interaction issues with the cannibis and is there other strains for nighttime use that might be better for the headaches and neck pain. She suffers from anxiety due to the neck issues - opiates have nearly killed her so we're not going back there - my main concern right now is there any issues with the interaction from the cannibis and the exeffor FYI - her current usage on the daytime cannibis is about a gram and a half and 1/2 a gram at night\nThanks\nMike\"
\n
\n
Yes, there are concerns for interaction between these two medicines.\nIncreased muscle spasm is one of the side effects that should be reported but I don't know if her pain and muscle spasm has increased since she started using the medication.\nHeadache is also listed as a side effect and she should talk with her doctor about this particular symptom.\nIncreased anxiety is another side effect that should be reported to the doctor.\nLow dose THC actually increases serotonin so she actually might do well with a little more THC in the evening, possibly a 1:1.\nIt could be quite likely that the Effexor dose needs to be reduced, she is at the max dose, but that should be left up to her treating physician.\nAs an osteopathic physician I can tell you the changes in the spine do not occur suddenly unless there's a very traumatic injury. Was this a traumatic injury that caused her neck deformity? If not, I would caution against trying to straighten the spine, you want a functional spine and is the straightening is occurring to rapidly it is very likely can increase her anxiety as a warning system.\nIt does sound like it's time to go back and visit her managing physician to possibly have her medication level reduced.
\n
drolson
","timeToRead":1}},"defaultImage":{"childImageSharp":{"fluid":{"base64":"data:image/jpeg;base64,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","aspectRatio":1.5,"src":"/static/1e164eb4ee29aff63b63675577d389d3/a07a5/question-default-image.jpg","srcSet":"/static/1e164eb4ee29aff63b63675577d389d3/decd9/question-default-image.jpg 150w,\n/static/1e164eb4ee29aff63b63675577d389d3/15aed/question-default-image.jpg 300w,\n/static/1e164eb4ee29aff63b63675577d389d3/a07a5/question-default-image.jpg 600w,\n/static/1e164eb4ee29aff63b63675577d389d3/701ee/question-default-image.jpg 800w","srcWebp":"/static/1e164eb4ee29aff63b63675577d389d3/483a3/question-default-image.webp","srcSetWebp":"/static/1e164eb4ee29aff63b63675577d389d3/e8bcc/question-default-image.webp 150w,\n/static/1e164eb4ee29aff63b63675577d389d3/4fec1/question-default-image.webp 300w,\n/static/1e164eb4ee29aff63b63675577d389d3/483a3/question-default-image.webp 600w,\n/static/1e164eb4ee29aff63b63675577d389d3/2ad7f/question-default-image.webp 800w","sizes":"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px"}}}},"pageContext":{"id":7364,"slug":"exeffor-xr-and-cannibis","country":"US"}},"staticQueryHashes":["3949754563","4179947113","4202924991"]}
