I'm very sorry to hear that you never received your recommendation in the mail. Typically, the recommendation should arrive in the mail within 3-5 business days.</p>\n<p>If you already spoke with a doctor and have been approved, you can send our Customer Service team a message on the live chat feature. We'll just need to confirm your mailing address so we can send it out again.</p>\n<p>If you have not had your consultation with the doctor, you will need to complete your video consultation to see if you will be approved.
