Even after that application accepted at that time will take time to process as well as the people applying for a cultivation license. They are the ones who have to actually grow the product which obviously takes time. Then there will be a process for physicians to become educated about cannabis and to fulfill whatever regulations and courses are required of them by the law. After that I imagine they will advertise that they are available for consultations.
