For CBD and also for THC here are some points that ProjectCBD recommends...</p>\n<ol>\n<li>Begin with a low dose especially if you have little or no experience with cannabis.</li>\n<li>Take a few small doses over the course of the day rather than one big dose.</li>\n<li>Use the same dose and ratio for several days. Observe the effects and if necessary adjust the ratio or amount.\nSo start low and slow and increase as needed to get the desired result. If you slowly build up to 10 drops, for instance, and you pain has decreased or has disappeared, then that would be your optimal dose...stick with that.\nIt also depends on the strength of your CBD medicine.
