Is this ok to use\n\"</p>\n<hr>\n<p>Hi there!\nThat product would be an excellent choice to try.\nDue to the fact that patients with most bleeding disorders, including those with Von Willebrand disease, should not use NSAIDs, many patients are turning to cannabis for its anti-inflammatory and pain relieving properties. </p>\n<p>However, a pre-clinical trial performed on rats evaluated the effects CBD, THC and CBN  had on blood clotting. Researches found that THC and CBN significantly  hindered the clotting response.
