In terms of pain patches, the one transdermal patch that is very popular is Mary's Medicinals. Here is an article I published last year on their product:

Have you considered any other types of products such as high CBD tinctures and or edibles? I have found that using Treatwell's 20:1 CBD tincture to be highly effective for pain management for me.
