Many women have used cannabis products to help deal w/ menopausal symptoms (i.e. hot flashes, night sweats, sleep difficulties).  My recommendation would be, if one has sleep issues, to go for edibles that have a longer duration.  I've also had women try tinctures and even vape for more immediate symptom mgmt.   I like to start off with a 1:2 or 1:1 ratio of THC to CBD (if one is new to cannabis, they might want to have a higher ratio of CBD like 4:1,  10:1 etc to decrease the likelihood of potential effects from the more psycho-active THC).  However, keep in mind one big advantage that HRT has over cannabis products is that HRT will decrease the risk of future osteoperosis.
