I assume you have seen a doctor and are looking for some pain management. The one thing about topicals that i have found is that they work for some types of pain I have and not for other types. I can not really say why, but other people I talk to seem to agree with me.</p>\n<p>For me, I have a really sore lower back from a CrossFit injury I got years ago. Sometimes i wake up in the middle of the night with acute pain. There are several brands I keep handy that are all based in California. I like Sweet ReLeaf, Herba Buena, Flower Power and Xternal (the balm).</p>\n<p>I am not a doctor and this represents my opinion only.
