Animal studies have shown that best results for tumor regression were with combination TMZ and cannabis. We have seen a couple of adult patients with gliomas and glioblastomas respond to microdoses of tinctures with THC, THCA,CBD, and CBDA (1-2mg under the tongue 4 times daily). They were being treated for adverse effects from chemo and the tumor melted. But we don't know why the patients who responded did, and others did not.
