Or, does everything we know, and have lived by these last two decades remain in play? \"</p>\n<hr>\n<p>The best way to look at it is 2 separate systems, medical marijuana and recreational marijuana.  Prop 215 passed in 1996 applied only to medical marijuana, and it has been modified by MMRSA, which goes into effect in 2018.
