Usually this is shown on a label as 1:1.</p>\n<p>This is evry dependent on what you are trying to treat. If it is anxiety and you don't want any psychoactivity, you may want a 4:1 ratio or even higher. 1:1 is often psychoactive but it definitely will treat a variety of pain effectively! I always say go 'low and slow' meaning you take the minimum dosage to start and work up from there. A tinctures effects will be felt in around 20 minutes.</p>\n<p>I just purchased the Moxie Meds tincture and love it, this comes in 4:1 and 1:1.
