How much THC with CBD to ward off Cancer?

"My husband was diagnosed with stage 2b lung cancer. They removed his lower right lung and lymph nodes. Margins were clean and no cancer in the lymph node. They just did a CT scan and found a blood clot in his lung with a nodule on his left lung and spot on his right lung. He has been taking 2:1 CBD. Is that enough?"
