is there a topical balm with this ratio ?

I am not sure that i know of any topical in this ratio but there are a few great topicals available that have full spectrum cannabinoids. Within topicals many people feel that full spectrum help to treat localized pain better, rather than high CBD for instance. A topical does not cross into the blood barrier so you will not feel high.
