There are two manufacturing licenses available under Proposition 64: Manufacturing Level 1 and Manufacturing Level 2.

Manufacturing Level 1 type licenses are for sites that process marijuana* using nonvolatile solvents or solvent free methods.

Manufacturing Level 2 type licenses are for sites that process marijuana using volatile solvents.
